We typically assign one well-trained employee to your property, but for larger jobs (+5 hours), we may bring in a second team member. Our solo cleaning model has been successful because it allows you to get to know your dedicated cleaner, who will quickly learn your unique requirements. We bring our own supplies and equipment, although we may request to use your vacuum to prevent cross-contamination. We offer free consultations over the phone for residential cleanings and at your office or building for commercial cleanings. Since the cost of our services varies based on factors such as the size of your residence or workplace, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, number of occupants, pet hair, and more, we use a standardized approach to ensure consistent and transparent pricing. Your initial cleaning will be quoted within a specific price range, while all subsequent cleanings will have a fixed fee based on the frequency of service and your individual cleaning needs, which we will discuss during the consultation.
The decision is yours to make. As a convenience, we can securely hold a key to your home or office. On the day of the cleaning, the keys will be carefully provided to the cleaning teams and then promptly returned to a secure location for storage.
To ensure optimal cleaning results, we kindly request that you keep your pets away from the areas of your house that we are cleaning. If possible, please confine your pets to a different area during the cleaning process.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we’re happy to accommodate changes whenever possible. As a small business, last-minute changes without sufficient notice are difficult for us to manage and can impact our scheduling and other customers. To help us stay on track, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If notice is given less than 48 hours before the scheduled service, the down payment will be non-refundable. Additionally, a $65 rescheduling fee applies if you reschedule on the night before or the day of your appointment.

Luna Maids accepts cash, checks, Zelle, and all major credit and debit cards. For all first-time cleanings and new customers, we require a down payment and a valid card on file. Payment is due at the time of service.

Before we arrive we ask that you pick up any toys, clothing, or trash to ensure our maids can utilize their cleaning time on essentials like dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces. You don’t need to vacuum or sweep, we’ll take care of that! We also ask that you safely secure pets in an area that will not be cleaned so that our maids are safe and your pets are comfortable during the clean.
