These terms apply to services from Luna Maids Cleaning Services Inc. (“Luna Maids,” “we,” “us”), Orland Park, IL. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide residential and commercial cleaning. Prices given in quotes are estimates and may change based on the size and condition of the space. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged a fee.

SMS Terms (Text Messages)

• Program: Luna Maids appointment messages: booking confirmations, reminders, arrival updates, cleaning-finished notices and schedule changes.
• How you join: by checking the text message box when you request a quote on our website, or by agreeing when you book by phone.
• Agreeing to texts is not required to book a cleaning.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• To stop: reply STOP at any time. You’ll get one final message confirming you’re unsubscribed.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
