You can trust us because we are bonded, insured, and undergo background checks. We typically assign one well-trained employee to your property, but for larger jobs (+5 hours), we may bring in a second team member. Our solo cleaning model has been successful because it allows you to get to know your dedicated cleaner, who will quickly learn your unique requirements. We bring our own supplies and equipment, although we may request to use your vacuum to prevent cross-contamination. We don’t require a contract, as our quality work speaks for itself, and we welcome feedback as an opportunity for growth. We offer free consultations over the phone or at your place since the cost of our services varies depending on several factors, including the size of your residence or workplace, the number of bathrooms and bedrooms, the number of occupants, the amount of pet hair, and others. We employ a standardized approach to determine your costs, which ensures that our prices remain consistent. Our initial cleaning service will be priced within a certain range, while all subsequent cleanings will have a fixed fee that will be determined based on the frequency of the service and your cleaning requirements, which will be discussed during the consultation.

The decision is yours to make. As a convenience, we can securely hold a key to your home or office. On the day of the cleaning, the keys will be carefully provided to the cleaning teams and then promptly returned to a secure location for storage.

The number of members in our team may differ based on various factors such as the size of your home, frequency of service, services required, our schedule, and more. Typically, one or two members will visit your house. Our cleaning process is highly efficient, enabling us to provide high-quality services at reasonable prices
 
 

To ensure optimal cleaning results, we kindly request that you keep your pets away from the areas of your house that we are cleaning. If possible, please confine your pets to a different area during the cleaning process.

We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we are willing to accommodate changes. To ensure our staff can stay on schedule and to accommodate other customers, we kindly ask that you provide a notice of at least 48 hours before your service if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. However, if notice is not given at least 48 hours before your service, the 50% down payment won’t be reimbursed.

We are dedicated to ensuring that your spaces are clean and healthy, and we take pride in our excellent work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional service. We guarantee 100% happiness with our services, but if we happen to miss a spot, please contact our office at 708-774-1051 within 24 hours of your appointment so that we can promptly re-clean the area of concern.

We prioritize both your health and the well-being of our staff, which is why we rely on quality cleaning supplies that have been proven to be effective. Your dedicated cleaner(s) is highly trained and equipped with advanced tools to ensure that your space is thoroughly sanitized and clean.
 
Our cleaning process involves using everyday household cleaning agents such as vinegar, dish soap, bathroom cleansers, all-purpose cleansers, and furniture polish. Additionally, we utilize EPA registered disinfectants whenever necessary.
 
All supplies & equipment are on us unless you have unique products you prefer.
 
To prevent any potential cross-contamination, we kindly request the use of your vacuum. However, if you don’t have a vacuum available, we always come prepared with one of our own.
 
 

Luna Maids accepts cash, checks, Zelle and all major credit cards. Payments are due at the time of service.

Before we arrive we ask that you pick up any toys, clothing, or trash to ensure our maids can utilize their cleaning time on essentials like dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces. You don’t need to vacuum or sweep, we’ll take care of that! We also ask that you safely secure pets in an area that will not be cleaned so that our maids are safe and your pets are comfortable during the clean.
