$150 minimum charge, covering 3 hours of work (minimum).
$40 per additional hour (Office cleaning).
$50 per additional hour (Residential standard cleaning).
Supplies include vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket, and anything else required for the job.
For a period of 6-8 hours, our flat-rate of $320 covers the cost of one cleaning person as well as all cleaning supplies and equipment needed for the job. Please note that all of our quoted prices are based on a per cleaning person basis.
