*Terms and Conditions for Extra House Cleaning Services

To schedule Extra House Cleaning Services, they will be performed during one of your regular cleaning appointments, except for authorized exceptions. Our office staff will always call to confirm the date before scheduling. The additional service(s) will be included in the same invoice as your scheduled cleaning. Due to the variety of our services, we cannot have a standard pricing model. Therefore, each service will be priced based on your requirements and budget, and all prices will be agreed upon before the start of the job. We will communicate timelines for the completion of the service(s) before the start date, and once the job has begun, they will be considered agreed upon by the client. Luna Maids Cleaning Services is not obligated to perform more than the requested service(s) during the scheduled visit. If you want to add more services, please call our office to schedule a date and time for the additional service(s)

• Additional and Replacement Items

If any jobs require additional cleaning supplies such as light bulbs, trash bags, batteries, air freshener, or specialty cleaning products, the client must provide them. However, if Luna Maids Cleaning Services is requested to provide these items, their cost, along with any applicable taxes, will be added to the final charge. These items will not be replaced by Luna Maids Cleaning Services when their lifespan has ended. Any confusion regarding which products are provided should be resolved before the service’s start to avoid “delay of start” fees

• Right to Change or Withhold Services

Luna Maids Cleaning Services retains the right to decline or modify services based on the condition of the residence or area. If, upon arrival, the cleaner identifies any dangerous materials or substances such as mold, sharp edges, or decomposing food, they will promptly notify our home office for further guidance. Similarly, if an area of the home is in worse condition than originally described, the cleaner may request additional time to complete the job, which will be charged to the client. However, no additional charges, time, or duties will be added without obtaining prior approval of the client.

• Delinquent Payments

Luna Maids Cleaning Services has the authority to refuse services to clients who have an unpaid balance with the company.
